We are a family run business who began in the business on the 27th February 1989 therefore we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, all of our enquiries are covered by the owners of the business and this way you can be assured that any information you are given will be accurate and also we can pass on all salesmans commissions back to you. We don't sub-contract any of our orders and everything we install is fitted by our own Time-Served installers.

There are no extras added to the price of our products to pay salaries, commissions, and bonuses. Neither do we indulge in the practice of inflating prices and then slashing them, which gives the impression that you’re getting your double glazing or roofline at a knockdown price.
The majority of companies give their salesmen an inflated price book. This enables the salesman to give you a supposed discount which, in fact, only reduces the price to the normal selling price and gives the salesman room to manoeuvre and negotiate when trying to earn the maximum amount of commission from you. This can amount to 20-30% of your hard-earned money.
All our quotations are broken down to the last penny, we wont try and baffle you with all the sales jargon and nonsense discounts for a show home etc. (these only exist in salesmans heads) We treat our customers how we would like to be treat ourselves.

We are FENSA registered so you can be assured you will dealt with respectfully and professionally at all times. If you are looking to do some improvements to your home and want a no hassle quote (which usually takes 10 -20 minutes) give us a try or ask for an address near you where we have done some work as your house is our show home.
We will not require a deposit on any orders which are placed as we trust our customers as much as we would like to think our customers trust us to do a professional job on their home. For total piece of mind all of our FENSA installations come with an insurance backed guarantee at no extra to you.

Can’t praise their after service enough - contacted Lee to report a problem with my Mums door - he came round within 20 mins to check it out & found another problem with it that I hadn’t noticed. He took photos, ordered a replacement, rang to say when the order came in & arranged fitting first thing the following morning. Excellent service from start to finish. Recently had our windows and doors replaced. Lee was in and out in 15 minutes measuring up and gave us a very fair fixed price. No hard sells or pressure sales like I've had time and time again from other companies. Fitters were pleasant and professional and have done an excellent job of installing our windows and doors.
